Family Workshop

Overview

Discover early photography from arranging dried, pressed, and artificial flowers to create unique botanical compositions. Using simple objects on light sensitive paper and the sun to expose your designs and reveal art of light, outline and shadow. Located on the front patio of the Bozeman Public Library, all are welcome for this free activity.

Guardians and parents are welcome to join their student(s) to complete an artwork or choose to have registered participants work independently.

About Family Workshops

Tinworks is thrilled to continue offering free children’s workshops featuring themes from the 2025 A Kin To Clay exhibition. These guided workshops are led by local art educators and professionals on a variety of techniques and mediums. Ages 7-17 welcome to all workshops. Guardians and parents are welcome to join their student to complete an artwork or choose to have their registered participants work independently. Family workshops will take place in the Family & Community Space. About the Instructor

Angela Yonke is a multi-media artist, educator, and Community Outreach & Education Coordinator for Tinworks Art. Yonke develops curriculum in support of the Tinworks' exhibitions for children and adults.
